Exciting Opportunity in Renewable Energy: HR Associate for Bangalore 
Are you ready to make a difference in the renewable energy sector? We’re looking for an experienced and passionate HR Associate to join our team and contribute to building a greener future!
Company Overview: It's a leading renewable energy company in the Asia-Pacific region, committed to accelerating the transition to sustainable and affordable energy solutions. With a diverse portfolio of onshore wind, solar, and offshore wind projects, we aim to deliver lasting economic, social, and environmental benefits to our host communities and stakeholders. 
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Manage job postings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews effectively.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.
  • Prepare and maintain onboarding materials and share necessary employee information.
Records Management:
  • Maintain and update employee records using HRMS software (mandatory).
  • Uphold compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards.
Employee Assistance:
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding company benefits and policies.
  • Assist with benefit enrollments, such as meal card distribution and insurance policies.
  • Track and update records for employees and dependents enrolled in medical insurance.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, escalating issues appropriately.
  • Promote a positive and engaging work culture.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in HR roles.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of HR concepts.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
  • Clear and effective communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with HR digitalization is an added advantage.
