Job Title: Injection Molding Process Engineer
Location: Greenville, SC

Compensation: $85-105k
Status of Hire: full-time, direct hire

Responsibilities:
- Drives data driven process control, implementing process data measurable
- Ensures processes and environment are stable and optimizes delivering predictable results
- Controls and optimizes process parameters (temperatures, pressures, speeds, feeds)
- Stabilizes and optimizes molding area performance (material consumption, scrap reduction)
- Optimizes mold change times
- Analyzes process failures
- Participates in continuous improvement activities and productivity covering all process areas- cycle times, scrap, downtime, machine /tools and energy
- Participates in new product / process tool validation, process development, and launch activities
- Manages KPIs such as: injection OEE, injection scrap, parts PPMs, safety, and tool changeover time

Education/Experience Requirements:
- 2 or 4 year technical (engineering) degree preferred plus 4+ years of applicable injection molding process engineering experience
- Must have extensive knowledge and understanding of injection processes and systems
- Ability to apply “Lean” methods to products, processes, and flows
- Robot programming is a plus
- Must have good command of English
