Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control the Integrity Management / Risk-Based Inspection processes
- Ensure compliance with technical and data quality standards
- Oversee inspection processes throughout the lifecycle
Skills, Experience & Education:
- IEng Professional Engineer status (or working towards) registered with the Engineering Council UK
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- ASME Qualification covering Pressure Systems Safety Regulations (PSSR)
- Experience in Asset Integrity Management program development and implementation
- Extensive experience in Oil, Gas, or Petrochemicals Industries
- Project Engineering and Maintenance experience in petroleum and gas industries
- Knowledge of inspection principles, frequencies, equipment damage mechanisms, and inspection techniques
- Proficiency in Asset Integrity Software (e.g., Predix) and Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (e.g., SAP)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Effective technical report writing and presentation skills
- Familiarity with TEMA, ASME, API, ASTM, and AISI codes
- Knowledge of corrosion, metallurgy, materials of construction, welding procedures, refractory selection, and application procedures
- Experience with Contracts management
