Integrity Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and control the Integrity Management / Risk-Based Inspection processes
• Ensure compliance with technical and data quality standards
• Oversee inspection processes throughout the lifecycle

Skills, Experience & Education:

• IEng Professional Engineer status (or working towards) registered with the Engineering Council UK
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• ASME Qualification covering Pressure Systems Safety Regulations (PSSR)
• Experience in Asset Integrity Management program development and implementation
• Extensive experience in Oil, Gas, or Petrochemicals Industries
• Project Engineering and Maintenance experience in petroleum and gas industries
• Knowledge of inspection principles, frequencies, equipment damage mechanisms, and inspection techniques
• Proficiency in Asset Integrity Software (e.g., Predix) and Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (e.g., SAP)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Effective technical report writing and presentation skills
• Familiarity with TEMA, ASME, API, ASTM, and AISI codes
• Knowledge of corrosion, metallurgy, materials of construction, welding procedures, refractory selection, and application procedures
• Experience with Contracts management
