Job Title: ISO Specialist
Location: Jefferys Bay
Salary: Negotiable

Manage the process for ISO 14001 and 45001 compliance, certification and maintenance of the systems. (50)
Develop and coordinate the implementation plan for ISO 14001 and 45001 for GSAMS.
Assist with internal awareness and systems training on ISO 14001 and 4500.
Assist sites with the implementation of ISO 14001 and 4500.
Monitor progress of sites in the implementation of ISO 14001 and 45001.
Provide an advisory service to the business on ISO 14001 and 45001.
Conduct ISO 14001 and 45001audits within the business and identify areas of non-compliance and suggesting improvements where needed.
Manage the reporting process related to the implementation of ISO 14001 and 45001.
Liase with external bodies and consultants for external audits related to ISO 14001 and 45001.
Experience & Qualification:
1. Minimum of a N4 Electrical Certificate or a National Diploma in Mechatronic or Electrical Engineering, with only experiential learning outstanding.
2. As this is an internship position, applicants should have no more than 1 year’s relevant working experience.
3. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
4. Able to read and interpret single line diagrams and schematics.
5. Able to analyse data, investigate and report on trends.
6. A basic understanding of general SCADA systems.
7. Able and willing to work in an outdoor environment.
8. A basic understanding of the below will be advantageous:
· PV plant operations
· PLC troubleshooting and maintenance
· Switching LV, MV and HV systems
· Lock-out tag-out procedures
· Power system protection.
9. General ERP/CMMS knowledge is an advantage: SAP, Ellipse, SAGE, Maximo, etc.
10. Code B driver’s license is an advantage.
