Job Title: IT Executive
Overview: The IT Executive is responsible for managing the company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This role involves developing and implementing IT strategies, overseeing IT projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of all technology-related functions. The IT Executive will collaborate with other departments to align technology initiatives with business goals and drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems and applications, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data, protecting against cyber threats and unauthorized access.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions.
- Manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and assess their impact on the company's IT infrastructure.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Provide hardware and software support for desktops, laptops, tablets, and other office equipment.
- Maintain and support the company's IT systems and asset inventory.
- Develop an IT framework to ensure productivity and budget targets are met.
- Advise management on the latest IT trends and best practices.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department.
- Lead IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
- Maintain and enhance network infrastructure and software applications.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and data protection.
- Provide leadership and guidance to IT staff.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT role, preferably in a support capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of and troubleshooting experience with Windows 7 and Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and conferencing applications.
- Highly skilled with mobile technology (iPhone, iPad).
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and network management.
- Experience with IT budgeting and resource management.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection regulations.
- Experience in project management and implementation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
