Role: Lead Cost Engineer
Location: Hull
Outside IR35
Our client is a leading EPC who are looking for a Lead Cost Engineer to join an exciting project based in Hull. To be successful in this role you will need experience as a on site Lead Cost Engineer and be able to commute to Hull five days a week.
Job Description:
Develop and implement a project controls plan
Plan and organize the setup of project baseline
Develop cost, schedule, and commercial baseline
Providing technical and administrative direction, coordination
Coaching to a team of Project Controls specialists
Analyze variances in cost and schedule performance against the plan
Manage the review of Project Profit/Risk Analysis with management
Lead the proposal efforts for cost/scheduling activities
Lead the project control team
Coordinate internal and external audits
Requirements:
Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in similar position;
