Location: Waukesha, WI
Industry: heavy industrial metals manufacturing
Status of Hire: direct placement; permanent and 1st shift!
Pay: $25.50 - $38/hr +

Duties and Responsibilities:
- This position will assist and support the maintenance supervisor
- Provide technical support for new installations or modifications including schematics for existing machinery which cannot be read or attained
- Specify hardware, hydraulics, or pneumatics needed for new installations or modifications
- Act as a liaison to other departments and/or vendors including being the main point of contact and coordinator for maintenance-related contractors
- Expedite repairs and coordinate communications with operating departments and contractors as needed
- Will perform general maintenance mechanic duties as needed
- Possess a broad knowledge of general maintenance operations
- Strong inter-personal skills and the ability to direct people
- Experience in training and problem solving
