Role:
One of the leading MEP service provider with a comprehensive presence across India and overseas. Having 8+ Years of experience in MEP Projects and planning.
Job Description:
- Responsible for all scheduling and planning activities as per contract requirements or Client requirements. He / She is also responsible to translate the scope of work of the project into activities and prepare and update project progress reports.
- Developing a strategy for executing the project in order to meet project objectives.
- Schedule Preparation (Project Formulation) in MS Project
- Gathering data on actual project progress and comparing with plan to evaluate compliance to plan by interacting with
- Decision making on interventions required during the execution of the project to keep the project on-track in order to meet objectives
- Identify the Risks and take action on it.
- Estimating all the expenses projected for the project running.
- Preparation of plan for generation of Invoice and payment collections
- Schedule for projected fund disbursement required at different stages of the project
- Estimating of resources required for the project at different stages and allocation of the same.
- Estimating of resources
- Material Take off plan for the particular Project
- Foreseeing the risks which are likely to happen.
- Identifying the risks of the project using CPA (Critical Path Analysis) Method.
- Mitigation plan for the Risks identified
- Design concept model for particular project based on the driving factors.
- Preparation of SD layouts in the most feasible manner.
- Working out the materials required based on the final layout.
- Strong understanding of project planning processes, documentation requirements, and standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of MS Office, MS Project.
