Responsibilities:
- Promote environmental sustainability in all construction activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the construction process.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of construction materials and services.
- Develop and review detailed construction plans and schedules.
- Oversee quality control for all construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Review and analyze technical documentation and construction designs.
- Supervise the installation phase to ensure adherence to designs and schedules.
- Promote a strong safety culture and implement best practices on-site.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in marine construction and project management.
- Proven experience in managing marine construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of marine construction techniques, including pile installation and substructure development.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Proficient in interpreting construction drawings and project plans.
- Familiarity with industry standards and codes relevant to marine construction.
- Valid driver's license and passport, with legal authorization to work in the specified location.
