Project Manager

• Manage end to end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they meet specified requirements and timelines.
• Develop and maintain various project management deliverables to support project execution including Business Requirements, Scopes of Work, Project Delivery Plans, Schedules, and Project Closure Reports.
• Prepare Final Investment Decisions utilising commercially sound justifications and delivering accurate cost estimates to obtain budget approval.
• Identify, manage and report projects risks, issues and interdependencies to maintain cost, quality and schedule compliance.
• Manage project budgets, objectives and planned benefits, ensuring successful project completion and value realisation.
• Partner effectively with key stakeholders and influence critical outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Demonstrated experience managing maintenance projects.
• Familiarity with project management frameworks, methodologies, and products.
• Excellent knowledge of project controls, change management, scheduling and risk management.
• Integrated, analytical and systematic approach to problem solving.
• Change management skills, ability to influence and negotiate outcomes.
• Well-developed communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal) including the ability to develop team skills and rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
