Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for quality and timely delivery.
- Promote a strong safety culture and best practices.
- Implement quality control for engineering works.
- Analyze technical documentation and designs.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Promote environmental sustainability.
- Develop and review detailed construction plans.
- Maintain accurate project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Oversee installation phase adherence to designs and schedules.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in marine construction and engineering.
- Proven experience in project engineering within the marine construction industry.
- Knowledge of marine construction techniques, including pile installation and substructure development.
- Familiarity with industry standards and codes relevant to marine construction.
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and project plans.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools.
- Valid driver's license and passport, with legal authorization to work in the specified location.
