Principal Duties & Key Responsibilities;
• Exposure in handling Technology Projects.
• Knowledge in workflow in a project
• Preparation of project schedule & lookaheads.
• Developing a progress measurement system and its monitoring.
• Calculate the productivity factor
• Generation client reports
• Critical path identification and evaluation
• Preparation of catchup/recovery schedule
• Preparation of resource/staffing plan
• Coordination with execution team, conducting project update meeting and preparing record notes.
• Hands-on experience on Primavera for EP or EPC planning and resource loading. Exposure to Ecosys PM would be an added advantage.
• Experience on setting up and monitoring Level-3 schedule in Primavera and monitoring Level-4 deliverables list.
• Planning engineer having experience in Oil and Gas project.
• Must have manage L1 & L2 level projects scheduling from office /corporate office.
• Proven exposure to Engineering and Procurement (EP) planning.
• Knowledge of flow of Engineering i.e. progression of engineering and interlinkages with procurement.
• Knowledge of Earned Value management system (EVMS).
• Knowledge of interlinkages between Engineering, Procurement and Construction.
• Experience in setting up the progress measurement system for Engineering and Procurement (DCI, MCI etc.)
• Experience in global collaboration i.e. working with overseas offices.
• Good communication and interfacing skills.
• Exposure to cost control would be an added advantage
• Good understanding of the industry market trends and conditions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree with 5+ years of consulting experience
