Plumbing Design Specialist

Candidates must be self-starters and strong communicators who are capable of leading a design team and are comfortable interacting with clients, project management, other disciplines, and external partners as needed to drive scope alignment and interface coordination. Candidates must be capable of reviewing and utilizing local regulatory requirements, client standards, and industry practices to develop project design criteria and lead a team to produce fit for purpose design documents as needed to support a specific project execution approach. Candidates may be remote workers and will not be required to relocate to Greenville, but should generally be located within the continental US and are willing to travel to Greenville or projects sites when needed to support project coordination meetings, design reviews, site walks, etc
this candidate is not required to hold an engineering degree or license and has more experience focused toward plumbing design rather than HVAC & utilities. Candidates must have Autodesk Plant 3D and/or Revit design experience and shall be capable of developing their own 3D models and design drawings with limited support on smaller projects when needed.
