We are seeking a Project Administrator who is flexible to work full-time in one of their offices in Elk Valley, BC to support their Aquatic Sciences Team in fulfilling compliance obligations. This role involves managing administrative tasks related to budget oversight and facilitating communication between their team and an external technical working group.
Requirements:
- Proven administrative experience with a strong track record in supporting environmental projects.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Project Management, Administration, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
- Experience in budget management, including invoice approvals, accruals, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in accounting software is an asset.
- Interest in environmental science and biology is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including AX, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
