Project Controls Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager for infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain cost controls on the project with accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Manage all aspects of project scheduling, including progress monitoring and interaction with project managers and engineers to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Implement project control procedures to track project performance and risk management.
• Prepare detailed reports and forecasts, including project costs, performance, and timelines.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate tracking of project costs and schedules.
• Provide guidance and direction for specific sub-tasks and participate in efforts of contractor staff assigned to interface with the client.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project controls, preferably in the infrastructure industry.
• Strong understanding of project management and financial principles.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
