Client is looking for Project Engineer
Industry: Petrochemical
Location: Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia
Requirements/Qualification:
- Preferred BSc in engineering or related.
- 8 – 14 years’ experience in cost management for Mega projects.
- Browen filed, upstream, plant and petrochemical experience.
- EPC Company and client experience.
- Experience with Middle East projects.
- Project management and execution of Pre-FEED / FEED projects.
- Markup experience.
- Single diagram experience.
- Execution of Large projects.
- Project management and execution of petrochemical project.
- Higle level documents experience.
Responsibilities:
- Project management and execution.
- Developed Project framing charter from change requests, defined problem/opportunity statement.
- Developed project objectives in alignment with organization strategy & goals with key stakeholders and sponsor of the project.
- Conducted alternatives study, analysis, and selection of alternative/s for further development during FEED design to finalize the project scope.
- Involved in post start up review and identifying the future opportunities along with Plant Operation teams.
- Developed project management plan for scope, engineering, quality, procurement, contracting, communication, construction, knowledge, closeout, and stakeholder management.
- Conducted HAZOP study, constructability review, job safety analysis, risk reviews and produce risk mitigation plans.
- Worked with project controls team for development and review of project estimates, schedules, and monitored during project execution.
- Conducted regular gated review with senior leadership to seek approval on project funds and to proceed with next phase of projects.
