Project Manager - Building & Tenancy

Our client who is involved in major capital projects across Canada is continuously growing their team and looking for Project Managers - Building & Tenancy to work out of their client's office in Metro Vancouver.

Candidates who are suitable for this role must have experience in facilities management related to building structures and PMO projects.

Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, etc).
-Registered in P.Eng or PMP is an asset.
-At least 8 years solid experience in multiple industries including building structures, property management, and facilities management.
-Strong project management success in rural and urban environments for both public and private clients.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills for facilitating solid relationships with personnel, management, and key stakeholders.
