Project Manager, ICI

Our client, an industry leader in the Commercial ICI sector is looking for a Project Manager to join their team in Ottawa, ON. This organization prides itself on innovation, passion, and people partnerships. The ideal candidate would have previous experience in the industry, with a strong desire to join a profitable, entrepreneurial, and growing organization with lots of opportunity for future growth and career advancement.

Responsibilities
As a Project Manager you will take pride in supporting the projects within light industrial, institutional, commercial, retail and tenant improvement work; specifically on high rise construction projects
• Project management from pre-construction to completion; design, budgets, billing & invoicing, schedules, and planning
• Lead project meetings with strong presentation skills and stakeholder relationships
• Manage forecasting, cost reporting and cashflow to ensure project profitability

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction or equivalent
• 8-12 years’ experience is preferred on construction sites
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Proven track record of project profitability
• MS Office, Excel and Project Management Software
