● Project Management Services throughout Construction and Closeout Phases
● Manage client to prepare a project schedule, incorporating pre-construction, proposed
construction activities, and interface with ongoing operations.
● Oversee all GC and subcontractors / vendors working on the projects
● Act with decisive authority to ensure Client, Owner, and Colo company policies are
followed
● Manage technical and contractual issues during the projects
● Conduct meetings with GC representatives, and Owner representatives and assist in
obtaining approvals, and other authorizations necessary for the development,
construction, and operation of the project.
● Provide day-to-day interface with the GC, Owner representative, and Colo operational
personnel to plan work and safety of operating facility.
● Monitor and track the regular updates to the schedule based on impacts due to design
changes, field condition, operations and maintenance activities within the Colo, and
other related impacts.
● Conduct weekly progress meeting with Google stakeholders to deliver project status and
overall performance in areas of execution, cost, schedule, safety and quality
Keep proper, organized records of all check lists, safety records, and other project
correspondence
● Assist and maintain a Request for Information and Change Management log.
● Implementation of Program procedures
● Comply and implement Owner and Client Safety requirements
● Data Center experience is a plus.
