Quality Systems Supervisor

Our client an industry leader in steel products for various industries is one of the biggest one in North America and we have been privileged to headhunt Quality Supervisor for their Regina, SK office.

Main Responsibilities

• You will have detailed experience in QMS management system and will be an expert in quality process of measure and test equipment package (MTE)
• You will be excellent in record management, continual improvement process (CAPA)
• You will be leader in QMS auditing and detailed knowledge of implementing quality based targets to achieve organizations goals and objectives.
• You will be a master in quality audits, preparation of nonconformance reports, initiating corrective action plans against nonconformance reports raised.

Required qualification

• Degree in Engineering preferably from chemical or science areas
• Must have worked in industrial or steel products environment with at least 5 years supervisory experience in such settings.
• Must have at least 5 years proven experience in QMS management and project implementation experience, should be able to manage and execute quality auditing, identify and rectify QMS system.
• Strong skills to delegate, supervise, direct, deadline oriented to manage and motivate other working under the leadership.
• Excellent abilities MS power point, excel and word in a lab settings
• Registration with QMS body or Six-sigma green belt is an asset
