Responsibilities:
- Making travel arrangements for personnel.
- Greeting visitors and making them comfortable.
- Answering telephone calls and taking messages from clients or providing information.
- Receiving walk-in guests and directing or escorting them to specific areas or correct offices.
- Creating, adjusting or cancelling appointments when necessary.
- Faxing, scanning, mailing and filing documents.
