About the Company:
An international group of more than 800 employees specializing in the engineering, manufacturing and installation of piping assemblies and steel structures. Company's services are aimed at the energy sectors such as Oil & Gas, nuclear, renewable energies (solar, thermal, wind, H2) but also the marine and mining industries.
Job Scope:
Oversees the entire Human Resources activities across the region (UAE/Saudi/Malaysia) ensuring the effective implementation of the HR strategy with the support of a HR Business Partner and a HR Coordinator. Reporting directly to the General Manager and functionally to the Group HR Manager you will play a pivotal role to drive our HR transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Human Resources activities throughout the region (UAE/Saudi/Malaysia) covering Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits and Compliance.
- Act as Business Partner to the management to ensure the continuous enhancement of HR practices, procedures and policies in partnership with Group HR Manager.
- Work closely with General Managers and Group HR Manager on Strategic activities such as Organizational Design, Compensation and Benefits schemes and benchmark, International Mobility, ...
- Participate to design and implementation of Group HR Project in collaboration with global HR Team.
- Audit, Secure, develop and automate our local HRIS and be the POC for ERP implementation.
- Oversee the Administrative activities such as accommodation for the staff etc.
- Oversee the activities and growth of a HR Business Partner specialized in Operational Talent Acquisition and Management and a HR Coordinator that supports admin processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience driving full HR activities in the UAE in a very international context.
- Business Degree / HR Management Degree/ CIPD Qualification.
- A seasoned knowledge and experience implementing HR transformation projects.
- Excellent computer skills, especially Excel (advanced), payroll and HRIS systems.
- Knowledge and experience in supervising in HR in Malaysia beneficial.
