DURATION: CONTRACT (RENEWABLE)

"Our international client is seeking an OFFSHORE RIG MECHANC with SEMI-SUB / DRILLSHIP experience to join project team Onboard SCARABEO 9 based EGYPT / OFFSHORE WORLDWIDE."
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- According with superior instructions, carry out daily maintenance and check of mechanical equipment ensuring full respect of operative safety rules.
- Be safety minded during in all works and behaviours, use compulsory protective equipment and ensure the same for subordinates
- Carry out own duties according to the Emergency Preparedness Action Plan.
- Ensure that before any maintenance activity is started, a proper risk evaluation is carried out, precautions are taken and the work permit is signed.
- Attend safety drills and meetings held on the rig.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Accredited Diploma or equivalent technical qualification within related field of experience.
- Minimum 5 years as an Offshore Rig Mechanic with SEMI-SUB/DRILLSHIP experience.
- Must have BOSIET / H2S Opito approved (Mandatory)
- MUST BE Legible to work in EUROPE.
- Seaman’s book
- Various professional and training certificates
- Work employment certificates
