Functieomschrijving:
In deze functie hou jij je hoofdzakelijk bezig met het alledaagse risico management binnen onze projecten. Je draagt zorg voor dat het risico managementproces wordt uitgedragen en volgens plan wordt uitgevoerd. Door middel van een proactieve houding en een gestructureerde werkwijze draag je zorg dat het risicoprofiel doorlopend wordt geanalyseerd, actueel is en dat mitigerende beheersmaatregelen tijdig en aantoonbaar worden doorgevoerd door de actiehouders. De actuele status van het risicoprofiel wordt zowel intern als extern op periodieke basis gerapporteerd, waarbij de risicomanager input levert.
Taken:
• Het organiseren van risicosessies met management verschillende disciplines/teams zoals Ontwerp, Uitvoering, Business Management, etc.;
• Uitdragen en faciliteren van het risicomanagementproces;
• Sturen op tijdig en aantoonbaar doorvoeren van beheersmaatregelen;
• Ondersteunen bij het administeren en analyseren van risico’s;
• Up-to-date houden van het risico management database systeem;
• Analyseren van nieuwe informatie over risico’s en beheersmaatregelen;
• Opstellen van risicorapportage op periodieke basis;
• Ondersteunen van project voortgangsrapportage proces
• Ondersteunen van diverse activiteiten binnen project controls team
Functievereisten:
• Minimaal HBO techniek en/of bedrijfskundige opleiding;
• 10-12 jaar werkervaring op bouwprojecten, bij voorkeur infrastructuur, op het gebied van project controls, risico management of project beheersing is gewenst;
• Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal is vereist;
• Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal is gewenst;
• Goede beheersing van MS Word, MS Excel en MS Powerpoint is gewenst;
