TRS Staffing is looking for an architect/architectural designer with significant buildings experience particularly with multi-discipline design.

Job Specifics:
- Leading technical bid evaluation meetings including review of Contractor bids to ensure full scope inclusion (clean room walls, walk on ceilings, plenum design, HVAC design, wall finishes, floor finishes, reflected ceiling plans).
- Participation in Contract bid evaluation meetings.
- Post-award technical evaluation of Contractor through to IFC status and commencement of works on site.
- Review and return of Contractor documentation through client document management system (Coreworx).
- Distribution of applicable documentation to other Engineering disciplines (HVAC/Electrical/Structural).
- Liaison with engineering disciplines for integrating Cleanroom Contractors model into the client model.
- Liaison with other Contracts and Contractors are they are awarded (Civils/Structural/ME&I).
- Ensuring full project scope inclusion across all awarded Contracts.
- Work in close collaboration with Contracts and Construction Teams.
- Liaison with Client team as required.
- Site visits as required.
