DUTIES:
• Interface with project disciplines and contractor to deliver project on time and budget
• Coordinate the development and implementation of key project plans, procedures, schedules, cost estimates, costs and reports
• Provide input for project cost and schedule forecasting
• Coordinate draft of weekly and monthly reports
• Identify and quantify risks that may impact project; input into the project risk register
• Identify and incorporate lessons learned into the project lessons learned register
• Identify and participate in the preparation of key contract documentation and presentations
• Review and comment on key contractor plans, procedures, schedules and costs reports
• Monitor contractor performance for compliance to contract requirements
• Monitor supplier and subcontractor performance and deliveries
• Communicate critical project information and status to internal and external stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS:
• BS Degree in Engineering (minimum)
• Project execution experience in the oil & gas industry (LNG experience a must and module fabrication experience preferred)
• Strong project execution experience working in both Client and Contractor organizations
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to perform effectively under minimal supervision
• Excellent technical problem solving, written and communication skills
Additional requirements:
• Willingness to undertake business travel, as required
• Willingness to relocate to agreed location for given duration, if required, to support engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction and/or commissioning
• Willingness to see the project through to final completion and handover to Operations
