£65,000 - £75,000 Per Annum + Hybrid Working + Perm/Temp options available.

We are searching on behalf of our client, an International Tier 1 contractor for a Senior Quantity Surveyor. This role will be managing the Earthwork Packages on a large Rail scheme, based out of Central London.

You will be working on a Major Rail Project in Central London, with the focus in this case being on the infrastructure side of the framework. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a Tier 1 contractor on one of the most important infrastructure projects currently ongoing in the UK.

In this role, you will:

• Prepare and agree variation accounts, monitor costs, and track progress against plans.
• Contribute to change control procedures and manage contractual issues.
• Prepare valuations, final accounts, and handle subcontractor payments.
• Provide expert contractual advice and ensure legal compliance.
• Supporting Quantity Surveyors in identifying and managing commercial risks.

To be successful, you will have:

• A Quantity Surveying degree or similar qualification.
• A passion for Quantity Surveying and a real willingness to learn and upskill.
• Proven experience delivering positive commercial outcomes on major projects.
• Excellent communication.
• A methodical and detail-oriented approach.
