Job Summary:
To drive sales growth, develop new client relationships, and strengthen existing accounts in the humidification industry, focusing on commercial and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and facility managers.
- Provide technical sales support and consultative selling for humidification solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on leads.
- Achieve set sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the service and admin team for project execution.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Attend industry events and exhibitions.
- Lead and manage the sales team, setting targets and providing coaching for performance improvement.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
Qualifications & Skills Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Sales, Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5–7 years in technical/industrial sales, preferably HVAC or humidification-related fields.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal oriented.
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be open to travel for client meetings.
