Our esteemed client who specializes in Sales, installation, and servicing of humidifiers and dehumidifiers within Industrial & Commercial Humidification Solutions Industries is expanding their sales and service team to meet increasing demand and is looking for expert skills as a Senior Sales Executive / Business Development Manager. This role is based in Sandton, Gauteng.

Job Summary:
To drive sales growth, develop new client relationships, and strengthen existing accounts in the humidification industry, focusing on commercial and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and facility managers.
  • Provide technical sales support and consultative selling for humidification solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on leads.
  • Achieve set sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the service and admin team for project execution.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Attend industry events and exhibitions.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, setting targets and providing coaching for performance improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth.

Qualifications & Skills Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Sales, Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5–7 years in technical/industrial sales, preferably HVAC or humidification-related fields.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be open to travel for client meetings.
