Senior Structural Engineer

The Client: 

Our client is a national engineering consultancy specialising in commercial and residential buildings, high-rise structures, facades, and temporary works. 

Job Description: 

We are seeking a Structural with experience in the construction industry and a strong background in structural analysis. This role requires experience with both concrete and steel structures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to produce detailed drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze concrete and steel structures.
• Prepare detailed structural drawings and documentation.
• Utilise software such as Space Gass, RAPT, and ETABS for structural analysis and design.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, drafters, and other team members to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery.
• Managing projects in construction phase.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to clarify design requirements and address any issues.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in structural engineering, specifically within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in structural design software such as Space Gass, RAPT, and ETABS.
• Strong understanding of structural design principles and practices for concrete and steel structures.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
