Salary range: $25/hr - $30/hr

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Change Management Administrative Assistant to support our EPC mining and metals project. The successful candidate will assist in the coordination and administration of change management activities, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication across the project team.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of change management plans and strategies.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and training sessions related to change management.
Maintain and update change management documentation, including change logs, impact assessments, and communication plans.
Support the preparation and distribution of change management communications to stakeholders.
Track and report on the progress of change management activities and initiatives.
Assist in the identification and analysis of potential risks and issues related to change management.
Provide administrative support to the Change Management Lead and project team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to change management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in change management or project management.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with change management tools and software is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the mining and metals industry.
Knowledge of EPC project processes and terminology.
Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is an advantage.
