Project Systems and Data Lead

TRS Staffing Solutions has exciting opportunities for a Project Systems and Data Lead role to work for one of Canada's top employers and a global leader in the Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management industry.

Responsibilities:
 

• Evaluate project challenges and develop effective solutions to address them.
• Lead the initiation of automation activities and facilitate collaboration across various disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and global standards.
• Create and manage the Project Data Management Plan, including data storage, access, and security protocols.
• Work closely with project management to identify and address automation needs and challenges.
• Oversee the automation budget and ensure it aligns with project requirements.
• Implement and uphold standards for multi-office project execution and electronic data exchange.
• Manage the transition and closure of automation projects.
• Develop and oversee the automation scope, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Ensure the Project CAD Execution Plan is completed and adheres to established procedures.
• Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:
 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Knowledge of Hexagon design systems technology.
• Experience with major capital projects and industry experience in EPC, construction, or process sectors.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with management, coworkers, clients, and vendors.
• Technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.
