We currently seek a Service Technician for our client on a direct hire basis in Buckeye, AZ. The ideal candidate will play an integral part of the service team, primarily responsible for commissioning and performing preventative and corrective maintenance on BESS. This role also involves fulfilling obligations under Long Term Service Agreements (LTSA’s) for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. The successful candidate must be willing to travel and perform tasks at various project sites throughout the US. Experience with BESS or renewable power generation equipment in a service environment is required.
Job Requirements:
- Commission BESS technology
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance of SPBs to adhere to warranty requirements
- Manage obligations for BESS equipment under LTSA’s, which may include:
- Energy Storage Cabinets (ESC’s)
- Power Conversion Stations (PCS)
- Ring Main Units (RMU’s) / Switchgear
- Transformers
- SCADA and networking devices
Qualifications:
