Responsibilities:
- Managing parts of construction projects
- Overseeing building work and undertaking site surveys
- Setting out, surveys and checks
- Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
- Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
- Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
- Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials
- ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to
- Developing CAD/ design drawings for the clients and asset owners
- Any other reasonable requests as required by Management
- It is expected that of your behaviours and day to day activities will be underpinned
- Commercial and programme awareness
- Engineering or Construction related degree or higher education
- Member of a professional institution
Working Conditions:
- The position requires working on-site at the construction location in Austria
- The role may involve working in various weather conditions and requires adherence to strict safety protocols.
