The role of Office Admin requires the following attributes: positive attitude, flexibility, and good communication!
Perform administrative duties to include meeting coordination, report preparation, correspondence, etc. This role does require physical activity. This includes moving office supplies to and from work trailers on uneven ground. There are some days where applicant may be subject to extreme winter/summer (raining/snowing) temperatures on the jobsite.
Ability to work the site schedule (100% work site job), willingness to work on the construction site. 8-hour day.
Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
