Duties:
• Facilitate activities from candidate acceptance to candidate start date to ensure a smooth onboarding process and has ownership of enrolling the incoming employees into new systems, communication of process and coordination of the pre-employment process
• Review and oversee day to day execution of the project staffing plan
• Create job descriptions, coordinate resume reviews, interviews, hiring and contract labor administration for the project in collaboration with Talent Acquisition
• Coordinate new hire instructions and onboarding plans with hiring managers, Safety and Information Technology
• Process and approve invoices and contracts for contract labor
• Represent the project during audits as well as following project specific procedures and practices
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or similar field preferred
• 5 years of related staff coordination experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must possess strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook, Application Tracking Systems and Workday preferred
• Demonstrated self-starter, strong ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks with minimal supervision
