Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Location: Haryana, India
Type: Permanent

Client’s brief:

An opportunity to work with an American international technical professional services firm. The company provides technical, professional and construction services, as well as scientific and specialty consulting for a broad range of clients globally, including companies, organizations, and government agencies. The company is publicly traded as a Fortune 500 company.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

 
  • Inventory Management, Audit and report inventory, making recommendations on which items to order and restock.
  • Team Management, manage warehouse associates, monitor work, and ensure the safe use of warehouse equipment
  • Operational Efficiency, establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse.
  • Safety Compliance: Keep up to date on the latest federal and state safety regulations.
  • Coordination, communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage staff.
  • Receiving and Processing Stock.
  • Unload, inspect, and document incoming shipments.
  • Verify the accuracy of orders and ensure they are stored correctly.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or damaged goods.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
  • Ensure all orders are accurately labeled and securely packaged.
  • Warehouse Maintenance, Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
  • Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Participate in safety training and drills.

Education: 
  • B.E./ B. Tech
  • Degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration is often
Good interpersonal and communication.
