Workface Planner

Here is an exciting opportunity to join an industrial services company in Kitimat, BC as a Workface Planner! This role requires an individual who can uphold and deliver work of the highest quality, aligning with our company’s values to ensure long-term success. The individual must ensure that their performance aligns with the company's documents and procedures, always striving to meet or exceed the highest standards.

Job Duties:

• Create IWPs following the provided IWP template.
• Align IWPs with the CWP in the Construction Schedule Workface CPM Schedule.
• Manage the IWP constraint list, ensuring all IWPs are free of constraints.
• Collaborate with superintendents or General foreman during IWP development, incorporating feedback as necessary.
• Provide updates on the development status of IWPs, along with the attached IWP release Plan.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• A solid understanding of the Oil and Gas industry, particularly within a Project environment.
• Expertise in Painting, Insulation, and Fireproofing.
• The ability to perform detailed take-offs from drawings.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
