He has been involved in delivering large-scale programs in Energy, Renewables, Petrochemicals, Construction, Rail, Infrastructure, Mining, and Life Sciences.
With over 25 years of experience in human-capital solutions, Paul has a wide range of experience across all aspects of recruitment services and supply optimisation, from Talent Acquisition, process transformation, risk management and procurement digitisation.
Paul is a workforce subject matter expert and committee member for the Energy Industry Council. He is also a social impact ambassador, local value advocate, and an advisor to the Skills for a Sustainable Skyline Taskforce, a government led initiative to increase Green Skills in Engineering construction to support Net Zero targets.
He is a Global Energy Supply Chain Awards judge on the categories of Innovation, Technology and Collaboration, as well as the Chair and moderator for Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) on the global Contingent Workforce Roundtable; a handpicked selection of industry experts that hold free quarterly forums for organisations with contingent workforce challenges around the globe.
An avid Rugby fan, Paul is also a committee member for United Services Rugby, supporting armed forces personnel with an environment to play sport, socialise and transition into non-military work as well as being Commercial Director for Hampshire Rugby Football Union, the governing body for Rugby in Hampshire.
