Southern California TRS Staffing Solutions are seeking an experienced IT Technician on a contract basis to join our client's EPC team based in Los Angeles, CA (90045).
Job Duties
- Providing Tier 1 & Tier 2 Support to IT Operations.
- Maintaining Desktop computers by troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Installing hardware/software updates as they come.
- Knowledge of Multifunction devices and how to set them up.
- Knowledge of Mobile Device Management systems.
- Doing preventative maintenance on computers.
- Knowledge of basic network terminology.
- Knowledge of backup systems.
- Knowledge of Hyper V, Exchange 2010, AD, DNS and routing.
- Knowledge of O365 plans.
- Knowledge of computer imaging systems.
- Responsible for understanding the entire Code of Conduct and complying with its requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- H.S. diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field preferred.
- 3-8 years of previous experience as help desk technician, computer technician, or IT Support
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Experience working with network and server management support
- Up-to-date knowledge of new systems, information, software, and upgrades.
- Ability to physically stand, bend, squat and lift equipment
