Job Requirements (Qualifications):
Must have database experience - basic understanding of databases
Problem Solving skills
Basic understanding of IT business processes
Knowledge of ITIL best practices
Self-Starter
ServiceNow Experience Preferred
US Citizen
Requirements:
Experience working with Excel Spreadsheets. Familiar with Microsoft Teams and Outlook. Willing to be trained and learn required software.
Creating spreadsheets, data entry, attention to detail.
Preferred; experienced in SW Asset Mgmt
