Job Summary: The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. This role will also involve administrative support and marketing activities to help promote our brand and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:

  • Oversee and manage daily office operations.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Manage office budgets and expenses.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding and employee records.
  • Handle travel arrangements and logistics for staff.

Marketing Activities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
