Job Title: Project Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves planning, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in full compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Project Manager will collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to achieve seamless project execution while optimizing resources and mitigating risks. Success in this role requires strong leadership, problem-solving capabilities, and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and within-specification delivery.

Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure cohesive project execution.

Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and environmental guidelines.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to resolve construction challenges.

Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality assurance checks to maintain project standards.

Oversee project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.

Maintain effective communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders to foster collaboration.

Optimize the utilization of resources, materials, and labor to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Utilize project management software (e.g., ProCore) to track milestones and generate detailed updates.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, wiring, and controls.

Ability to interpret blueprints, assess site conditions, and proactively solve challenges.

Proven leadership skills to inspire teams, enhance performance, and ensure top-quality results.

Financial expertise in budgeting, profit and loss (P&L) management, and cost control.

Proficiency in managing multiple resources, schedules, and budgets under competing demands.

In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, estimating, and technology applications.

Comprehensive understanding of safety procedures, organizational protocols, and regulatory compliance.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaborative skills for stakeholder engagement.

Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Education and Qualifications:

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

At least 7 years of experience in mechanical construction project management.
Certifications (Preferred):

Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Balance of office work and on-site project involvement.

Travel to project sites as necessary.

Ability to stand, walk, and inspect construction sites for extended periods.
