Our client is a world-renowned integrated cannabis company with an industry-leading reputation for continuously elevating and setting the global cannabis industry standard! The ideal candidate will have one experience as a laborer or in manufacturing or production environment.
The Cannabis Care Team Member will be responsible for frequent and repeated pruning and hand trimming of cannabis plants throughout the plant growth cycle.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Trim cannabis plant leaves and stems by hands or scissors.
• Visually inspect plants for any concerning features such as discoloration or disease and report any findings to Shift Lead or Supervisor immediately.
• Understand and follow all standard operating procedures and procedures to GMP standards
• Read and follow all health and safety regulations and operate in a safe manner.
• Disposal of plant waste.
• Clean and sterilize workstations, equipment, and work areas post-trimming.
• Assist in other areas of operations as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• A minimum of a high school education or equivalent.
• One year experience in labor setting or one year experience in a manufacturing or production environment in a position involving repeated hand-work and fine attention to detail.
• Team player
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work in a variety of temperature conditions, including in a greenhouse environment.
• Must be able to use simple and basic hand tools for long periods of time.
• Good hand-eye coordination and accuracy.
• Excellent communications and ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to multi-task and utilize time management skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working with chemical products
• Comfortable working in noisy conditions.
• Safety oriented and accountable.
