Job Description:
Assisting Carpenters with new construction effort.
Basic Job Duties/Requirements:
- Assisting Carpenters with Carpentry work (handrails, debris netting, maintain debris netting, hole covers, toe boards, temporary stairs)
- Trash Removal to exterior of building to designated area.
- Dewatering/ De-Mucking (De-Mucking to include equipment operation- skid steer)
- General area cleaning (sweeping, squeegee water on slabs)
- Equipment protection as required
- Exteriors protection as required
- Temporary building weather protection
- Perform job duties safely accordance with OSHA standards
- PPE- steel toe boots, long pants, and long-sleeved shirts for work requirements.
- 2+ years of Carpentry Helper experience within a construction-like environment
- Ability to pass a post offer drug/alcohol screen
- Ability to pass 7yrs background check
- Complete site orientation
- Will require OSHA 10 training
