SCOPE OF ACTIVITIES:
• Our client is focusing on developing long-term relationships with customers in revamping, debottlenecking and expanding the production capacity of their existing facilities in the process Industry in the South East of the Netherlands. The office in Stein/Urmond (close to Chemelot site), provides full project execution services: from conceptual engineering through commissioning and construction support. Our client has the unique market capacity to offer integrated solutions to their clients/projects. This includes fabrication, modularization and maintenance.
At the moment we are looking for an experienced Civil/Structural Designer for our office in Stein/Urmond (Limburg area).

• The Civil Structural Designer is responsible for an assigned civil structural scope of work to be executed in accordance with project specifications, design parameters, codes, company directives and industry practices.
He is one of the key members of the designer team having responsibility for civil structural drawing / designing. He shall be responsible for civil structural design on projects executed by the company.

THE MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:
• Experience working in of Oil & Gas & Petrochemical plant.
• Experience in Detail Engineering Jobs.
• Knowledge and work Experience on Modularised Projects.
• Having 2D and 3D drawing and modelling.
• Expertise and Knowledge of S3D, PDS, PDMS, E3D (most preferable S3D or E3D).
• Able to co-ordinate and work within team.
• Knowledge of International Codes and Standards.
• Experience in structural modularization ability to perform sea transportation, land transportation, lifting analysis for pipe rack and process modules.

QUALIFICATIONS:
You must be able to demonstrate and evidence the following:
• Diploma in civil engineering with approx. 5 to 10 Years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas / Refinery plants.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Quick Learner.
• Able to take ownership.
• Leadership skills.
• Work with Ethics, Integrity and discipline.
