They are establishing a state-of-the-art solar cell manufacturing plant in Narmadapuram district and are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee the construction process.

Job Summary: The Construction Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction of the solar cell manufacturing plant. This includes planning, coordinating, and supervising construction activities to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the construction project from inception to completion.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor progress and performance of construction activities.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, preferably in industrial or manufacturing projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in renewable energy or solar cell manufacturing projects.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Construction Management (CCM).
