They are embarking on a solar plant construction project in Honnati, Karnataka, and are seeking a skilled Electrical Quality Engineer to ensure the highest standards of electrical quality and safety.

Job Summary: The Electrical Quality Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of all electrical installations and systems at the solar plant construction site. This includes conducting inspections, testing, and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical installations and systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.
• Identify and resolve any issues or defects in electrical systems.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure quality standards are met.
• Prepare and present quality reports and documentation.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of electrical systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to site personnel.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical quality assurance, preferably in construction or renewable energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in quality management software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in solar plant construction projects.
• Certification in Quality Management (CQE, CQA) or related field.
