Responsibilities:
- Contribute to cost-control processes and comply with all policies and procedures.
- Administer site project contracts during pre- and post-contract stages.
- Assist the Commercial team in meeting project/tender objectives and contractual obligations.
- Oversee subcontract packages from initiation to completion.
- Generate timely progress reports and other documents as requested.
- Maintain up-to-date and high-quality records, correspondence, and other documents for audit and claims.
- Propose enhancements for process and system efficiency.
- Uphold high work standards in line with role responsibilities for sustained success.
- Adhere to all relevant Commercial guidance documents.
- Review, negotiate, and settle deviations/clarifications in tender and contract documents.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in a contract administration role or similar
- A degree in Business, Law, or a related field
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in task prioritization and time management
- Self-starter capable of thriving in a high-speed setting
- Self-starter who can perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Experience on project sites would be an added advantage
- Previous experience in the resources or construction industry is a plus
- Must be proficient in MS Suite and SharePoint
