■Lead the implementation of Company’s procurement Policies, Processes and Procedures
â– The CS shall be capable of drafting commercial agreements for the provision of services and supply of goods.
â– The CS shall be capable and experienced in the negotiation of T&Cs for Oil Industry (MSA & CA) contracts.
â– The CS shall be able to thoroughly analyze different type of contracts for the full understanding of its clauses.
â– The CS shall also be able to extract specific clauses when needed as well as issue different types of reports.
â– The CS shall issue & manage different types of sourcing events including RFQs, Tenders, Direct Negotiations
â– The CS shall coordinate sourcing activities with the support of other departments, HSE, Operations, etc.
â– The CS shall actively build and maintain relationships with internal clients, contractors, and suppliers.
â– The CS shall be able to execute SRM activities including KPIs setting, performance evaluation meetings, etc.
â– The CS is the contracts and sourcing SME and shall be able to provide expert advice on contracting matters.
• A minimum of a Highschool Diploma or equivalent academic background is required.
• University degree/s on a related field, technical learning, and/or professional certifications are desired and preferred.
• A minimum of 6 (six) years industry experience is desired.
