Key Responsibilities:
• Work with team members in any capacity required (minutes, filing/document searching, etc.) to support project management and team leads
• Ability to use JDE to create COR and POR documentation, manage approval workflows and track from creation to vendor issue using SharePoint and JDE
• Document and manage financials
• Support development of Department procedures and processes
• Coordinate Project Details with Project Managers and Site Engineers
• Assisting with team resourcing, onboarding, contracts, purchase and change orders, hardware & software requirements
• Arrange project meetings, seminars, workshops, tours as necessary
• Assist managing and improving Department KPIs.
• Effectively communicate/coordinate all work required with Maintenance, Operations, and other areas
• Promote and maintain a culture of cooperation and excellence between Maintenance, Operations, Safety and Environment, and Finance.
Key requirements:
• Demonstrate excellence in the safe and effective management of all roles and responsibilities.
• Strong planning and organization skills, coupled with ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities.
• Superior communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficient with SharePoint, MS Office Suite, and preferably JDE
• Experience in working in a highly fluid environment with a technical overtone.
